In the era of rapidly advancing frontiers of Science and Technology, ANANTA- the Science Society of Indraprastha College for Women was launched by Principal Prof. Babli Moitra Saraf on 11th October 2018. It has been launched as an academic society which acts as a torch of discovery for the young budding scientists to quench their thirst for knowledge. It was formed as a result of the collective efforts of the five departments namely Computer Science, Environmental Studies, Geography, Mathematics and Psychology, as five pillars under the auspices of the society.
Members of Ananta undertake the responsibility for the cultivation of awareness, the encouragement of critical thinking and the involvement of students in numerous activities under the supervision and guidance of the departmental advisors. Ms. Ritu Singhal is the coordinator of the society.
